I asked someone why they want a master's degree

When I was 16 years old, I asked one of my teachers why she wanted a master's degree. No particular reason for asking, but I still remember her answer 16 years later.

"So when I see a pair of $600 shoes, I can say I have the money."

I was a little confused, but I accepted her answer. However, I thought later on to myself, "I don't like shoes that much."

Instructor subtracted 10% points for lateness... but I submitted it six days before the deadline!!

The assignment was submitted on May 4th. The due date was May 10th. It was graded today on May 13th. WTF do you mean "late"?! What's "on time"? Seven days early???

I am so f***ing done with this university. I still got an A, so I'm not even arguing, but I would love to know what the hell "on time" is for this guy.

Well, now, I will never do anything early again. This instructor can f*** off.
