Profound hearing loss but also have speech issues sometimes!

I have profound hearing loss (Sensorineural) - was not born with it I believe but got diagnosed 22 (30 now)

Does anyone else find they can get things so muddled up sometimes like the second word I’m thinking of will replace the first letter of my first word.

I could say do you have water and instead I will say do you wave water? Or I could want to say I can’t hear and end up saying I hant hear.
I do this a lot and can’t control it either. Just muddled thoughts I guess? Is that a symptom of hearing loss or is that something else? Anyone else have this issue at all?

Will rose gold go over this? Will it be very patchy?! Unsure what to do with it as I want to steer away from this colour and try something new.

I have purchased the hair dye product (second photo) probably not the best idea!
