Hey everyone, just a question here. I found a suit on Dealersden back in March. I purchased it on March 12 through a stripe link and it was shipped same day I believe. Since then, I have had no updates since March 18. I have reached out to the seller a few times now, including today, and still no updates. Attached are photos of tracking and conversation with the seller.

Has anyone had experience with this before? I know the situation in Russia isn’t great, and I didn’t realize at first it was coming from there. I know international shipping takes a while, but this seems excessive?

I’ve never dealt with a potentially lost/stuck in transit suit, let alone package before, so any advice helps. How long should I wait to reach to the seller again? Should I start thinking of refund options? :/

I should add, I don’t *believe* I was scammed. They have 90+ positive reviews on DD, provided proof of the suit when asked, and showed the box it was shipped in with the label and on a scale with the weight.

I ordered a package from RU back on March 12, payment made directly to seller through stripe. I have had no updates since March 18 where it left country of origin. I have reached out to the seller multiple times now. March 31 I inquired about no movement, they said it was waiting for the plane. Two weeks ago, I reached out again and they said they’d contact RU post. Now, two weeks later, I messaged again and they said they haven’t gotten any updates either.
My question is, am I cooked? I know international shipping can take a while, but this seems excessive.
