The Faro Bunker

Hey replaying HFW and I'm back at the bunker. And I don't know if it's me but part of me is just seriously uncomfortable being in the bunker of the man who doomed the world and tried to ensure his history never seen the light of day. Makes you wonder what fresh hell a "Scientist his daughter, a Gruru and a harem of women surviving in a trillionaires bunker at the end of the world.

Thoughts on what that poor girl endured or witnessed before she finally called it quits?

Horizon and it's underlined message

The one thing I love from both games was the story underlined message that Aloy undergo in the games.

(Btw these are my takeaway from both games and I could be wrong but feel free to give me your takeaways from them)

In Zero dawn Aloy is driven on a mindset of finding answers of her past and mother, wanting to learn who her mother was and why she abandoned her, pushing forward all by herself letting nothing stop her. And when she learns her place in the world is more bigger than she imagined she probably chuckled at the last lesson Rost told her because he was right.

In forbidden west. The story to me is Allies. Aloy goes on another adventure with a ticking clock of the world slowly on a death spiral to a point of no return. Varl trying his best to explain to Aloy she shouldn't be doing stuff by herself and putting the weight of this mission on her shoulders alone. And like in the first game there was always something in the way keeping her from her goal but in doing so she gathers Allies who aligned with the bigger picture of something big coming and she needs all the help she can get.

Thankfully she is doing Rost proud of "Serve a purpose greater than herself" his final lesson to her before the proving and his self sacrifice. And she definitely is doing everything in her power to achieve Eliz dream of earth having a chance to thrive.

But makes me curious what the final games underlined message for Aloy is.

Good morning freedom fighters.

If your waking up fighting the good fight in Africa, the distant past or the modern day Kyrat, fighting within the US of A in Montana Pre or post nuclear Armageddon, or in the large world of Yara,

Who's your personal favorite Fang for hire.

It can be one because of their abilities, it could be just one that is just too cute that you roll with, or just feel like fighting the good fight with there's no wrong answers.

For me I have to pick Timber. He's just a adorable little rebel and I enjoy tearing up Montana with him in tow.
