Confused. Maybe someone has dealt with the same issue ??
Bought 2 pairs of meta 2s through my eye glass retailer since prescriptions needed to be put in them.
The lab purchased directly from Ray Ban website. One pair came in and then the next pair took months because of problems. They were black shiny when they were suppose to be matte.
Anyways 1 month after they came everything stopped working. They were in the case and pulled them out when I received the notification.
Contacted Ray Ban warranty twice. They kept closing the service ticket.
I finally got the receipt and contacted again but Ray Ban said they can’t do anything even though it was bought from their website. I’m just not understanding, the customers service associate said they don’t accept online purchases.
Does Ray Ban not back their products anymore ? I literally got them a month ago after purchasing in Feb.
