Stihl MS362 seriously under powered

So for the last time, I bought a used chainsaw. As soon as I started running it, I noticed it would bog down when cutting anything, even poplar. My Farm Boss MS271 has more power than this thing. I took it in to get if looked at. The guy said it had low compression (90lbs) and that the top end needed to be rebuilt. He did it for $100. I got it back, same thing. He said the 24” bar is too big for it. These come with 24” bars. I don’t get it. Anyone have any knowledge about these? Do I need to switch to a 20” bar or is there still something wrong?

I feel like every time I move forward. I’m taking a step back as well. Just got a second Delta pro. I wanted to connect my well pump directly to it. So I got the 240 connector and plugged in my well. Works great no issues at all. Now the 120s on the front are disabled so I can’t leave my freezer plugged into it or my shed. All of these things are fairly low power draws, but I can’t run them all at the same time apparently. Is there some way to disable this so I am able to use the 120s at the same time that the 240 is connected?
