Pc turns on but shows no monitor signals

My pc had been working just fine until a couple weeks ago. My pc has been turning on, fans spinning and all. The monitor doesn’t turn on though, and my keyboard and mouse is not lighting up. I’ve switched my power supply to a working one, switched ram sticks 2 times, but my monitor wont signal at all. Everytime I turn on my pc, the monitor says “No Signal” then returns to black. I’ve even tested other monitors.

Im thinking its a motherboard issue.

I am a NJ resident whos family makes less than 75K a year and gotten into these universities. Im kind of stuck on where I should go.

Rutgers: Data science through EOF

Pros: Free tuition (not including housing and food), 1 hour away from house, EOF program gives personalized help and about $1-2k per year

Cons: In-state, relatively new major I think

UIUC

Pros: Better school, number 9 ranked for data science, out of state

Cons: oos cost but might get some off considering family income
