How to start fitness and fatloss journey properly and see actaul results
It has been really difficult for me to lose fat despite being a young male , have been trying to lose fat and get fit since like 4 years and have been on on off routines but every time i try starting my workout again i dont see results even if i continue a good routine for 2 months, even if i build muscles i dont lose fat and i stop after getting demoivated , how many of you guys have lost fat and have faced the same rhing and how did you overcome it? What new techniques or routines have you utilized to get into shape?And what time of the day do you workout?
