They have never been scanned it's been a week for one and 10 days for another. Not sure if I can file for insurance because it was never scanned it just says label made. Another package that was in the chute delivered fine that was dropped off the same time.

I dropped off 3 packages and two others are already delivered , a third package has not even scanned at all it says usps still waiting for item and it's been 5 days. What do I do now?
