Life centre saying I haven’t attended sessions when I HAVE?!

Life centre saying I haven’t attended sessions when I HAVE?!

I’ve recently joined the life centre and pay to have unlimited swims and classes/gym membership. I went to book a swim for tomorrow morning and I’m greeted with this :( I attended the spin and swim sessions, and scanned myself in with my card. What the hell am I meant to do now?! Has anyone else had this issue whilst being a paying member x

Life centre issues

Hiya! I’ve recently joined the life centre, I pay £38 a month to have unlimited swims, gym, and classes! I booked a spin class and a swim after which I attended, I’ve just logged onto my account to see I have withstanding balances £8 non attendance fees) even thoughh I DID attend both sessions?! Has anybody else had this issue?

It’s saying I have to pay £18 in ‘non attendance’ fees before I book anything else, even though I attended both booked sessions!!

Eye bag help!

Hi everyone :)

I turned 30 in march, and ive noticed over the past few months my undereye bags seem to have imposed quite rapidly. I am currently 200lb, and overweight/obese for my height, but ive been on a journey to negate this with calorie deficit and exercise.

I have had literally zero interest in beauty regimes up until this point in my life, so, are there any easy, go to, products i can be utilising to help combat these bags? I live in the UK, so UK products only please. <3

Asking for advice regarding exercise levels and calorie counting.

Hi everyone :)

For reference, i am a 200lb 5ft 6', 30 year old lady. I have a sight impairment that hinders me from working, so ive lived a very sedentary lifestyle. Recently, ive joined my local life centre and have been swimming for an hour at a time, 3 times a week, and attending a high intensity spin class for 2, 2 hour sessions a week. I can do this because i have a friend whos able to act as my sight during these activites.

Due to my sight, i don't often walk anywhere, so i average less than 2k steps daily.

Would that level of activity push me over the category of sedentary to lightly active? I can't find too much solid advice, as it mostly seems to be done on step count.

Just looking for thoughts and opinions, as i have found myself more hungry since starting this routine, but not sure wether to change my activity levels from sedentary on the calorie counting apps or not.

Thanks in advance :)

Edited to add: I have been sticking to 1200, or at least, trying my very best, this is all a huge lifestyle change for me so i do have days where i go over to maybe 1500 max, but this is usually on the days im exercising.

Call me a skeptic but..

These Icecream cones I have from LIDL, which contain a flake similar to a twirl, say it’s only 204 calories for the full icecream?! When a snack sized single twirl is 120 alone? Surely the calories on this can’t correct 🤣
