I’ve been in the industry on and off for 4ish years at a grocery store and doing arrangements for friends. I recently got hired at a local mom and pop shop after an audition. I’m still a little uncomfy designing especially since my other coworkers have been doing it for 10+ years and the owner has been in the industry almost as long as I’ve been alive😅
