Looking for a single furnished room, in prime location - for 3months only

I am a 30F, looking for sharing an apartment, in one of the prime locations which has good connectivity to all central locations. My work takes me to Bangalore and this might become long term but for now the requirement is 3months only. Is this possible ??
I have stayed in Bangalore for a couple of years but that is more than a decade ago. After that I moved onsite, and have been travelling since but now settled in my hometown for the last 5years.
I am not stuck on looking for female only flat, I am perfectly fine living in a co-ed space as long as my room comes with attached bathroom.
Budget can be discussed in the dm as really that depends what I am getting out of my rent that I am paying eg location, locality, amenities, furnished to what extent, cook/maid, etc.
I do not plan to cook or clean as I will be working most of the day, so houses with maid and cook will be appreciated. I do not mind if you have pets. And I will be working from home most days so that might be suitable if you pet needs to be taken care when you are out.
I am a clean, jovial, outgoing and responsible woman, and practice "respect is a two way street" logic.
I know most of you will come with suggestions to look for Airbnb, but a) they are expensive in my preferred locations b) this might be long term so I rather shift in a flat which i have option to continue
