A maior emissora de TV do Brasil destruiu o caso Varginha. Farsa ?
Brazil’s largest television network is TV Globo, and in January 2026 it released a documentary marking the 30th anniversary of the Varginha case.
And who appeared in it?
The case had long been supported, among other things, by the accounts of three military personnel, including one firefighter and two members of the military.
In 1996, a firefighter known as Robson gave an account that was presented as supporting the story of a first alleged capture, which supposedly took place in the morning.
Years later, in 2019, Robson reportedly told a UFO researcher who was investigating the case that he had fabricated the story. This account was featured in the TV Globo documentary. According to the documentary, Robson only authorized the disclosure of this information after his death in 2023.
Another military witness, commonly referred to as “Military Witness No. 3,” came forward publicly in January 2026 and reportedly stated that he had also fabricated his account and made a formal complaint concerning the matter.
