Hey everyone. I’m really confused about my future degree and need genuine advice from people already studying or working in these fields.

Right now I’m doing a Software Engineering diploma from Aptech⁠� and I also have interest in creative stuff like graphics designing, editing, content creation, branding, etc.

Now I’m thinking about doing a degree in Media Science, but I keep hearing mixed opinions. Some people say it has good scope in digital marketing, production, social media, UI/UX, branding, advertising, content creation, and creative industries. Others say the job market is unstable and oversaturated.

At the same time, software engineering/tech also seems scary right now because everyone talks about AI, layoffs, and tough competition.

So I wanted honest opinions from real people:

What is the actual scope of Media Science in 2026 and the future?

Is it a good combination with software engineering skills?

Which field has better opportunities/freelancing potential?

If you were starting today, what would you choose and why?

Are there specific skills in Media Science that are actually valuable in the market?

Hi, I’m looking for someone to manage and grow my shop’s online sales through Instagram and WhatsApp.

Manage Instagram page (posts, reels, product updates)

Reply to customer messages on Instagram & WhatsApp

Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

Handle customer communication until order is finalized

💰 Payment (Commission Based First):

You will earn commission on every confirmed online order you bring:

1000 order → 100 commission

2000 order → 200 commission Basically 10%

and so on

you can earn based on how good you go

You will directly handle customers and confirm orders, then forward only confirmed orders to me for processing and delivery.timings is basically your own you can work whenever you want as it is based on performance and sales

📈 Future Plan:

After 2–3 months, if performance is good, we will switch to a fixed monthly salary + performance bonus system.

All sales will be tracked properly for transparency.
