New allergies

So, I have eaten eggs all my life, they were a huge staple in my high protein diet, and suddenly, about 2 months ago, I started getting sick from something, like in bed for hours with stomach pain followed by diarrhea, through trial and error I discovered it was the eggs! I have read peri can cause hormone fluctuations that mess with histamine. Yay. I was already sensitive to wheat and dairy, now this. I'm having random environmental allergy attacks where my eyes itch and swell and my voice goes hoarse, it comes and goes in a span of 30 minutes or so, this makes me nervous to eat any high allergen foods like peanut butter or shellfish. My daughter has had anaphylaxis to dairy since birth, I've seen her have to take her epi pen so may times from accidentally consuming dairy, I have ptsd and major paranoia. Why are women put through this ridiculous stuff.

I have clients I'm doing taxes for, the mother of one partner is here on a supervisa, she is completely financially dependent on her daughter and son in law as she cannot earn income under this program, the supervisa site says they can claim any medical expenses they incurred on her behalf, CRA has no answers as to what they can and cannot claim for her, they also pay for medical insurance while she was here and had to travel back to the Philippines for a medical procedure. I spent 4hrs on hold today to be told a senior agent will call me back in 4 days. Anyone have any experience with this program?
