Are these massive unsymmetrical gaps in my tint normal for the back window? I just had them redone due to peeling on the bottom

Hi! I recently had to have my back window tint redone due to the bottom peeling up. A few days after I had my tint done I finally rolled down my window and noticed these massive unsymmetrical gaps. Is this normal? My previous tint was super tight with no gaps.
The dealership tried to tell me this is normal and is meant to prevent peeling. But it feels like a sloppy job to me. For reference I paid $150.
The dealership said they’d redo it but I’ve been ghosted by the tint guy.
