Hi all! I am 25 weeks pregnant with HG. I live on Zofran, which as those of us taking it know all too well, causes some intense constipation. Tonight I had the biggest, hardest bowel movement that desperately needed to come out. It was right there and I couldn’t do anything because I was so uncomfortable/in pain/etc. Well after sitting on the toilet for hours, sweating, crying, all the things, I remembered that my partner and I had some anal desensitizing lube in the bedroom. So low & behold I went and grabbed it and BAM! that BM came out (almost) painlessly within 5 minutes. And now I think that lube will be a staple in my bathroom for the remainder of this pregnancy. Kinda TMI, kinda funny. But a lifesaver for me tonight.
