Is there any foreigners in your hometown in syria?how are they going? What do they do for living? HOW are they affecting local life?

I am journalist and researcher in Thailand on muslim issue. currently researching on how foreigners moving to Syria and would therefore really like to talk to someone with that experience, either for quoting in an article or background knowledge.

I was hoping someone living in syria in this group would be interested in talking to me. Any perspective is of interest!
