IAH: INTERNET WAR - Agentic Gameplay

Hi guys!

The RTS game that I have been working on for a few years is about to release this Friday. It has been pretty much a passion project for me. When I started developing the game, I was writing 100% of code by hand, but this year LLM‘s such as Claude have been very instrumental for me.

So, I have this idea for agentic gameplay future where humans and agents could play together, but not in a manner where they are NPCs but rather entities that have same capabilities as players via API.

Hence this game. You can like use Claude to interact with the games API and automate entire play-trough or just play with a mouse, alone or with friends (2-10 player co-op)

RTS games are notoriously hard games to develop so it has a long hard road so I am happy how the game turnee out and I hope it can inspire too. So if this type or game interests you or want to pave a way for agentic games on steam feel free to wishlist it on Steam so that you dont miss out when it releases this friday:

My next goal will be post launch to turn this RTS engine into a MMO spin off with base building where agents will fight 24/7 with or against human players but more on that post launch.

Also apologies if some of the paragraphs feel disconnected, I wanted to write this by hand, and I am tired, and I still have 30% weekly usage left, and reset happens tomorrow so there was little sleep. haha

Feel free to chat, will try to respond.

IAH: INTERNET WAR. My game is releasing this Friday. Sweaty RTS Co-Op

Hi guys!

My game is releasing this friday and I am super pumped.

I have been posting over the years few times about the game and its finally ready. Just recently I completed a co-op for 2-10 players, and I hope that someone out there will find this sweaty RTS experience entertaining.

So, what is the idea behind here? Well, to simply put its a game where your actions trigger enemy response. It‘s a bit hardcore game as it was designed around the idea of hardship and journey through the depths of the internet.

In the video I do 2 turns, and during the second round I panic, forget I have purchased hewl, dont slow time and move entire group losing DPS. I should have won, but I did not, and the game is full of this. heh.

So, if you have some feedback based on the video feel free to leave a comment, I plan to do post release content and updates based on player feedback. For example, I added Co-Op because from the feedback that this community had. I had already some tech but I was unsure if people really play RTS PvE because of the PvP Mobas but I was surprised to find out that there are people!

RTS Co-Op or Not?

Hi guys.

Many game developers lurk here, Including me, I wont promote, but I have a question that is more of a market research and something that is bothering me and I cant decice If I should commit or not so I hope I could get a person or two to give some honest feedback on the idea that I have, and maybe spark a small conversation in general about Co-Op in RTS game.

To keep it short and direct here is premise.

I have this game where you need to clear rooms that have various encounters, it's abit like your typical room clearing roguelike game that just has RTS bolted on, and then you do these runs and clear rooms to get more upgrades and units.

So, I am thinking that would it be fun if you could play this with a friends where everyone has their own units where you to try to breach enemy bases/rooms together. I personally don't have friends who have time for Co-Op anymore so I am pretty alianated from this conceopt sadly, but when we used to play LoL, PUBG, and C&C3 PvP that was some fun haha.

So I am gauging if this commitment is worth the time investment. I mean PvP in RTS genre is highly mixed bag, and MOBAs already exists, altrough they are also PvP and not so much PvE, so doing Multiplayer for the sake of Co-Op is very higk risk, but if we take this risk away from the equation, do you think RTS with PvE has potential and something that you could personally play? You dont really need to say that you will play this game I am talking personally, but in general, like do you play, etc, Also, maybe your info will also help other developers who consider PvE-Co-Op to steer them towards or away, so feel free to critize this as much as possible as well if you feel so.

Any feedback would be usefull to me, and future developers I rekon.

Thanks guys!

(IAH: INTERNET WAR) Finally. The game and the trailer* is now ready.

Hi.

Was taking a break from a gamedev as I was pretty burned out by gamedev and too much coding so after a year or two of just doing different things I kinda came back and completed the game the trailer for my little game that I spoke about in this sub reddit few years ago. Think it took about 2 years to make the game and then bunch of breaks.

Will do some adjustments to sound on the final version of the trailer but I am pretty happy how the trailer turned out.

The game is a singleplayer experience, and takes a jab at the current world events and it's a RTS/Turn-Based strategy hybrid where your goal is to survive as long as possible and defeat Police State AI.

If you have some feedback on the game or trailer please leave a comment, or just in general have some questions, I will be happy to answer.

Cyber Empire

*^ SOUND WARNING (pew pews)*

Hi Guys.

I am working on an MMO RTS. The hardest of them all, MMO, and RTS, what could go, wrong, right`? :D

Been working on this game for maybe 2-3 years, pretty passionate about it but claude has beeing helping me a lot with some hard problem and I plan to use Claude to finnish the game even more because I cant see myself going back to coding, and the infra/backend will need further lifting.

Anyways, I have this idea for an RTS game where it will be played by agents and players, on Steam players will be playing just the regular MMO RTS, but on the platform Agents and their Operators (you coders) will be using API to interact with the game and essenially you can ask LLM to make an combat algorithm with goal of capturing the world, its abit like planetside 2 and EVE in that rgard is what I have in mind.

The idea here comes from my past where when I was a kid I used to enjoy writing bots more than playing the games and bunch of metal gear solid, so I guess this kinda translated into a game actually.

Perhaps if this sounds like soemthing intresting then feel free to wishlist the game so I know if there is some intresting for something like this where you can use API with Claude to interact with the MMO RTS Server.

If you also have question feel free to ask, will respond ASAP, love you guys and this community.

Creating virtual rooms that you can share with friends.

Hi guys.

Been coding for about 10 years as a gamedev and 3 with distributed iot devices and about 6 months ago transitioned fully to agentic/vibe coding and in about 3 months I made this platform where you can do stuff with Claude Codes using your claude subscription or API inside a virtual room.

Created this entire platform with Claude Code and here are some stats.

- 2 X 20 Max subscriptions. (opus xhigh, and fable)

- 200€ in tokens because I refused to wait and needed to test some stuff.

- Alot of tokens went into security and tooling.

- About 8 agents running on 2 monitors with some sub agents and nightly loops.

You can try this for free: https://sinnon.net

Feel free to comment if you have questions. thanks guys!
