Gamebanned from Rust because Razer Synapse was updating. Please Help me

Around 150 days ago, I got game banned from Rust. I was playing on a Templar Gaming 10x server like I did every day. My friend hopped off before me, and I just wanted to do one last event and see if I could get us some more stuff.

While I was walking there, I was updating and setting up my Razer Synapse because I had to reset my PC earlier due to some Wi-Fi issues I had for a long time. I had nothing on my PC except Steam and Rust because I fully reset it, and even before that I didn't have much on it.

I have never downloaded anything that could have led to a game ban. I tried to appeal on the EAC website, but it got declined without any reason. I also tried contacting Facepunch Support, but all I get are automated messages.

It has been a long time now, but over those 150 days I have been contacting support nearly every day. I also tried reaching out to someone from the Facepunch team through social media, but I got no reply at all.

I still don't know what I did, and I would also say that I'm not even the best player, so I don't understand why I got banned. The only thing I did around that time was setting up Razer Central. I also heard from other people that they got banned because of this, so that's what I think it must have been.

I also wasn't banned on any other server, so I really don't understand the reason for the ban.

Please help me.

Because some of you just judge and know nothing about the situation. The only Razer thing i own is their keyboard the Razer Huntsman V2 TKL. I istalled it because i need it to activate the snap tap function for better movement. My mouse is a random one from attack shark which im pretty sure doesn't even have a software. And to clarify it if someones uses scripts in Razer or Logitech or whatever, they would get banned on the server they got reported on or an admin caught them and you wouldnt get GameBanned. You only get Gamebanned if their anticheat detects something on your Pc.
