I always hate to bash on our own players, but Ralph Priso has been completely out of it tonight. Whether it’s been defending, positioning, or distribution; he has been well below average at all. Occasion just seems to be too big for him, really hope he can build off of this and learn.
Not attempting to self-promote here but genuinely trying to gather feedback to be the best possible Canadian Soccer media platform out there.
Would greatly appreciate any tips and suggestions for the future of this podcast.
The future of Canadian Soccer is bright and we want to be a part of it as soon as possible.
Not sure how to feel about this one, really feel like a Championship move or back to Belgium/Netherlands would’ve improved his game a lot more. At least it’s only 4 months.
Canadian footy fan here, I tend to follow and stay updated on every club that one of our national team players plays for. I understand that the championship is a shifting league every season, this can be seen through Hull nearly going down to league one yet getting promoted to the Prem shortly after. What can I expect from Swansea this season? Will you be challenging for promotion or middle of the pack? What players should I keep an eye on?
Bit of a different thing for this subreddit but for members of the Voyageurs, what did you do with your patch? I’ve seen people put it on a plaid button up, put it on hats, and all sorts of things. Mines kinda just been sitting around and I don’t want it to go to waste. Just trying to get some inspiration here
I know we’ve seen a lot of “thoughts on?” posts recently but what are you guys’ thoughts on Isaac Boehmer? I know as of late Goodman seems to be the future number one, but it seems that Boehmer is getting more and more reps with the Whitecaps in the MLS and CONCACAF CL. Have to remember he still is only 24 which is very young for a goalkeeper. Don’t hear his name around too often and thought it be intriguing to ask.
I’ve recently bought a 2016 Prius with around 130,000 miles on it. I’ve been thinking about bringing it up to school in upstate from southeast Texas. Would I be okay to buy all season tires so I would be able to store my old ones at home, rather than buy winter tires and have to pay fees to store them at a shop up in NY?
I’ve heard that lifting it around 2” is a good bet while driving up there so it doesn’t bottom out, and rust proofing as well. Is there anything else I’m missing before I drive up there? I want to be as prepared as possible so I don’t go through any trouble while at school.
Now that the Fall friendlies have been announced, who do you expect Jesse to bring in? I imagine he’ll bring in a couple of the U20 guys after their Championship and spending time with them, probably guys based in the match day cities. I also expect him to allow players like Davies, Bombito, and possibly Alfie Jones to continue integrating back into their teams after injury recovery, or maybe it’s a day-by-day situation.
I’d love to hear your opinions!
I’m a FEIN for long sleeve footy kits. Has anyone seen any of our World Cup kits for sale in the long sleeve version? Would love to cop the black ice one with Koné on the back.
If any of you are in Houston for the upcoming game, I’d be more than happy to help any of you out who need anything. Me and my family moved down here from Newfoundland years back and it was fellow Canadians who helped us out and settled us in.
I’ve been here for every Canada game down here since the 2013 friendly against USA. I’ve seen the loss against Haiti, the Tajon goal against Mexico in the semifinals of the Gold Cup, and the win that qualified us for the Copa America in Dallas.
This upcoming game holds significance that none of us can comprehend at the time being, and I’d be more than happy to support the dreams of you all being able to witness it.
Hey all, I’m a Canada soccer fan visiting Houston this upcoming week for the R16. I saw when Team Canada arrived at their hotel this afternoon, there were a lot of Brazil fans there. I assume that’s also where Brazil was staying. Do any of you know which hotel it was? Trying to go see my team off before their game.
Got my $88 tic through the Voyageurs, was notified that I’d receive it about a week from the game and still have not. Have any of you received yours?
Flying in from the opposite coast so I need all my cards in order before I get there.
Where will the march into BC Place begin on Thursday and the following Wednesday afterwards? Will they both begin at the same spot and what time for both? I’m sure this has been posted already in this so I apologiz.
Hey all, I managed to get lucky a few months ago and got the $88 tix to the Switzerland game through the Voyageurs. I emailed in just to clarify and the tix get sent in directly through FIFA into the FWC2026Mobile app. Just checking in to see if any of you are able to access yours yet?
