SO I wasn’t prepared at all for today’s Infosys SP/DSE OA round, so I decided not to attempt it 😅

At around 11 AM I got a reschedule mail, and then again later in the day got another reschedule for next week (24th May). So now I’m thinking of actually preparing seriously and giving it properly.

The thing is, I haven’t been practicing DSA/coding questions consistently these past few weeks because I was mostly focused on projects stuff.

Wanted some honest guidance from people who RECENTLY gave or cleared the Infosys SP/DSE OA 👀

• What was the actual difficulty level?
• Which topics were asked the most?
• Was it more LeetCode medium style ?
• Realistically, how many questions need to be solved to clear?
• Most important patterns/topics to revise in limited time?

And one genuine question:
Can someone realistically clear this with around ONE WEEK of focused preparation ?😭

Would really appreciate real experiences/advice instead of generic “just do DSA” replies 🙏

Trying to build a real AI-powered job/recruitment platform as a final year project and honestly the hardest part so far is not even the AI it’s scraping .

Current problems:

• anti-bot protections
• inconsistent HTML structures
• selectors breaking randomly
• request blocking/rate limiting
• deciding between Puppeteer vs Cheerio vs APIs

The project itself is basically:
resume analysis + ATS optimization + job matching + scraped listings + AI summaries

Tech stack:
Next.js + Node + MongoDB + Puppeteer/Cheerio + OpenAI APIs

I’m trying hard to avoid building another fake “AI wrapper” project and actually make something technically solid and deployable.

Would genuinely appreciate advice from people who’ve worked on:

• scraping systems
• aggregation platforms
• ATS/recruitment products
• low-cost AI infra
• caching/rate limiting
• handling unstable selectors properly

Keeping no or low budget is also a need..
