I’ve never been to Colorado, CA, WA, etc… when the ban goes into effect, will I be able to visit those places and just buy seeds from a store as a non-resident?

I’ve stocked up a bit, but don’t feel like going crazy. Figure this will be an opportunity to explore our 50 states but have no idea how accessible breeders are, even where it’s legal.

First timer seeking advice- haven’t topped, just kinda bending it around the rim. Should I chop the top off?

There was never really a game plan. I’m still working on the grow tent setup as you can see. Found a seed in my stash and started having fun with it. Been learning a lot from this group along the way!
