Help me with MDCAT (Guidance)

this is my first time attempting MDCAT and I have no idea where to start, i'll be giving pmdc mdcat in kpk. I am really confused about my preparation.

where should i start? my book or some prep books like kips?
Should i avoid extra details, like my academy is teaching vectors in physics in detail...with different conditions and angles...which is not in my kpk textbook, should i learn them or just my book?
i have two months left for MDCAT, when should i wind up the syllabus topics so that i could have time for practice and revision?
the syllabus has topics in them...do i cover them specifically or a bit more?

I will be thankful if someone could guide me
