This is for the role in Rosslyn. Does anyone know anything about it? The salary is not listed and I just had a hirevue interview.

Is this truly managing a team of associates and is a supervisory position? Is the manager who this reports to any good? I am experienced and am trying to break out of an industry currently so I feel like this could be a good pivot, but i’m so tired of toxic cultures and crazy bosses.

Any insight on the role would be helpful!

I have an almost 18 month old. He cannot sleep past 5:30am. Yes, we’ve tried later bedtimes and it’s the same. No matter what he’s up no later than 530/545. My son has also been extremely cranky and fussy lately. We’re thinking it’s teething/molars coming in, but i’m not so sure. He also had a bout of ear infections and got tubes a month ago and I thought we’d see a difference in behavior and we’re not.

I work in the office 5x a week in a job that I cannot stand and with a bad manager, so that makes things even worse. I don’t feel like I have a bandwidth for any of this. My husband is very helpful but babies want their moms and I just feel so burnt out.

Anyone in a similar situation? I don’t necessarily need advice, just solidarity.

This is so so hard. It’s also frustrating because I’m comparing and it feels like everyone around me has kids that sleep a full 11/12 hours and wake up at normal times. Or who don’t go into the office and have a crazy chaotic morning. If my son slept until 630/7 then i’d at least be able to wake up earlier and get ready for work alone. Ugh

Does it get better? Months 15-17 have been the hardest so far.
