Foster Pup Scratching, Digging, Licking, Patchy Fur Loss, and more

Foster pup, though while I’m waiting to hear back to see if the shelter can schedule an appt to be seen at the vet figured I would ask here:

• Species: Dog
• Age: 3-8 years
• Sex/Neuter status: Female and spay appt Scheduled 08/04
• Breed: Pittie
• Body weight: 43.7 lbs
• History: Fostering this pup for a shelter, have had the dog for 2 weeks
• Clinical signs: Itching, patchy fur loss, skin is peeling, dandruff, larger flakes -maybe skin- on fur (not moving; I’ve stared hard for mites), digging at ears, licking her body, patchy fur loss, skin inside her paw pads is red, has two lipomas scheduled for removal during spay. Diagnosed with bacterial ear infection and one-time drops administered by vet. Dog is underweight and clearly wasn’t getting proper nutrients.

Have been using DOUXO for Seborrhea (green bottle) and it helped some initially but the big flakes of skin, dandruff, and fur loss have returned/increased with a vengeance and digging at her ears again.

• Duration: At least 2 weeks
• Your general location:

Do you think this could be a bacterial or fungal issue? I wanted to post pictures.
