45 days back i had non penetrative sex with a man and I am gay. We had an imitation of penetration between my thighs and he was wearing a condom and it tore in the end. The tore condom triggered so much anxiety in me that I started imagining the scenarios of the fact he actually inserted in me, and maybe I did not feel , the health anxiety plays with your mind. I was in a mess , for those going through an anxiety test is the only solution to calm your mind.

Even though i knew i didn't have any risky exposure but my anxiety won in this case.
