i'm desperate , HELP!!!!

Hello everyone! I am coming here in a desperate attempt because I don't know what to do anymore, and I’m losing my mind.

I am a 30-year-old female from Portugal. I am currently very overweight but losing it in a very healthy way, working out at least 4 times a week doing kickboxing. This whole nightmare started when COVID hit and we had to stay at home. I used to be at a great weight, but during lockdown, my weight started going up and up. By the end of 2020, my feet were 20 times worse than they are now, full of hard skin, deep cracks, and bleeding. I went to several doctors and found out I had psoriasis (just a little bit on my scalp). Because of that, the doctors assumed my feet were suffering from the same thing.

For my scalp, I use Psodermil and it goes away easily. But my feet... no cream they gave me ever worked. Eventually, a dermatologist from the public hospital sent me for a biopsy, and the results came back as a type of aggressive dermatitis. She put me on cyclosporine for 2 months and it worked wonders, but as soon as I stopped, it came back. It wasn't fully back to how it was before, but it still hurt like hell and was full of wounds. She put me on it again for a month, but it didn't work anymore. After that, she put me on Dupixent injections every two weeks for a whole year. It didn't do shit.

Sick of this, I went to a private dermatologist. He told me that the previous doctor did more harm than good with that last medication because now my skin is extremely sensitive (I literally have to wear water shoes in the river because walking on rocks hurts too much). He prescribed me a compounded ointment with 10% Salicylic Acid and 10% Coal Tar Solution. It did wonders at first. I have to scrape my feet every 2 to 3 days and apply it every night.

But now, even though the feet look okay visually (as you can see in the pictures), the skin is cracking like crazy. It hurts so much just to walk. I am desperate. I need to work out to keep losing weight, but with this condition, it is always an agonizing pain.

Note: To try to keep them from drying out so much, I also soak my feet in cold water every single day for about 10 minutes, and I moisturize 2 to 3 times a day using creams that are full of urea. (this pictures is after soaking it, as you can see there is a 2 cracks, one on top and one on my heel, which bleed it the moring because i put my feet on the ground)

Please, someone help me...
