Hi,

Which goggles and stickers can I use under the Inria Glow mask? It doesn't have any eye protection by itself and due to dry skin and light and very sensitive eyes I want maximum coverage and safety under the mask (am super ok with losing the benefits in the undereye).

Hi!
I recently got my first ever rosacea flare (3 months ago) and I've been navigating this disease since then. I have extremely sensitive skin and even though I can't use any actual topical or antibiotic treatment due to allergies and a very compromised skin barrier, I am still in the mild type 1 stage.

I am looking for a way of lowering the baseline superficial inflammation and I've heard great things about RLT, but the results appear a bit inconsistent for those with a compromised skin barrier and dryness + I am deathly afraid of the potential fat loss (26y F).

I know that there are barely any studies showing the efficacy of yellow or green light therapy, but I'd be willing to purchase the mask just to try and check if it's good at calming down my current flare (which has been going on for a full month), so I'm ok with the more "experimental" treatment if it also carries less risk (eg. potential albeit anecdotal facial loss). If they work, I am open to buying the RLT/NIR as well to get the other skin benefits.

Has anyone had experience with either colors? Where can I buy a mask that uses either, or both? Do you happen to know if I should wear eye protection, or if it might help with ocular rosacea too?
