My husband and I (both late 20s) are looking to move to Wilmington in the next 2-3yrs. We want a smaller town feel and we’ve always wanted to be able to just walk together to a coffee shop from our home. We like to go to the beach as well and be outdoors. Our main concern is safety. I know every town/city has crime but specifically we want to be somewhere that is safe for gays. We do not do PDA much and are not femme. Any insight would be really helpful on whether or not it’s a place for us. Thank you!
