I’m honestly exhausted. For years, I’ve been raising the same issue — poor network connectivity inside my home in my village. It’s 2026, and I still have to walk outside, sometimes 100 meters away, just to get a stable signal for a normal phone call. Forget video calls — even regular late-night calls with family become frustrating with broken voices, dropped calls, and constant interruptions.
This isn’t about wanting “fast 5G.” I keep getting the same standard response from Reliance Jio that “5G will be rolled out soon,” but that’s not even the point. I’m not asking for 5G. I’m asking for basic, stable connectivity that allows normal communication inside my own home. That should not be a luxury.
I faced the same issue during my semester classes too. I had to sit under a tree outside just to attend online classes because there was no stable internet inside the house. Imagine studying like that for months. It was frustrating, embarrassing, and honestly painful.
Now years later, nothing has changed. Same problem. Same complaints. Same silence.
Bharti Airtel has not even responded properly. Jio marks issues as “resolved” without any actual resolution. No calls, no real support, no accountability.
I’m posting this here because I genuinely want to solve this, not just complain again. Has anyone dealt with something similar and actually managed to get telecom providers to fix it? How do I escalate this properly so it gets real attention?
Because at this point, it feels like basic internet access in villages is still treated as optional, not essential.
Here is the sc, that I posted few days back. Link - https://x.com/imJai09/status/2045354169272594598?s=20
