Just got fed up with the things
So my brothers, I bought a Yamaha Aerox 155cc in August 2025 for ₹1,78,000. After just 3 months of buying it, I was on the highway when suddenly the front suspension collapsed while riding. I barely escaped a serious accident.
At first, I thought it was okay and that the issue would be fixed once I visited the service center. They repaired it there, but the same problem came back again within 15 days. I went back again, and this cycle kept repeating. It has now been 6 months, and I’ve been continuously visiting the service center again and again, losing my study time and disturbing my daily life because of this issue.
My family keeps saying that I bought such an expensive scooter, and my father saved money for 3 years just to fulfill my happiness and help me buy my dream scooter. But within just 8 months, the condition of the scooter has become terrible. Even after paying so much money, the product turned out to be like this.
The Yamaha staff, workers, area manager, and customer care all keep repeating the same thing every time, saying that there is no issue from their side.
Now you tell me, what should I do?
