Amex business prime cancel or let transfer to us bank?

Amex card has decent credit limit, not sure if that will transition over, but shouldn't effect credit either way since business card. Is there any benefit to letting it transition to us bank? Never had account with us bank & not sure I want one.

Dishonest clueless phone/chat reps

Phone rep immediately disconnects service despite request for a future date despite her assurances it won't be disconnected until that date. Then receive several emails confirming cancellation but "Last day of service" is blank. Call back and reps claim cancellation order date is blank just like the emails. So no one knows if or how final bill will be prorated. Clearly the first rep messed up my cancel order and now no one at xfinity knows what date bill will be prorated from. Chat reps are even worse as they clearly lie to appease you, repeatedly changing the date and bill amount. "Your bill should be $$...oh yes it will be half that amount as you said" I knew xfinity customer service is poorly rated but this really takes the cake. Never again. Cancelling my other accounts with xfinty as well, just have to do it in person. Sticking with other providers, Never again xfinity!

Absolute worst customer service

some how they managed to f up more than I could imagine. called to disconnect service for a specific date in future and the rep refused to let me get a word in before placing on hold to cancel without getting the date. she comes back afer 5 minutes and I have to rush to tell cancel date while she claims nothing's processed yet. then call disconnects and then my internet shuts off!!! what the actual f is wrong with the people you hire?! now completely without internet for a week because of this fool. At least this gave me the push to switch my business account to another provider as well. done with xfinity for good.
