Gaming laptop suddenly freezes and need to force shut down

Acer Predator Helios 300

Intel Core i7-10750H

16 GB RAM

Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060

Recently there's been this ocurrence where my laptop suddenly freezes and I have to force shut down.

When this happens im normaly watching a youtube video, but can notice the pc froze because the audio may be playing, but the time and screen paused.

I thought it might be due to corrupt drivers, but a friend of mine helped me reinstalling them with DDU some weeks ago, and the problem happened again just now.

If it helps on the problem, this are the warning and error messages that are shown on the event viewer that are closer to the crash time (as mentioned, I noticed it froze because of the clock being behind actual time, the crash ocurred at 1:40):

\-Warning: Time: 1:43:44. Source: Kernel-Pnp. "The driver \\Driver\\WUDFRd failed to load."

\-Warning: Time: 1:43:38. Source: Hyper-V-Hypervisor. "The hypervisor did not enable mitigations for side channel vulnerabilities for virtual machines because HyperThreading is enabled. To enbale mitigations for virtual machines, disable HyperThreading." (Appears again at 3 different earlier times)

\-Critical: Time: 1:41:37. Source: Kernel-Power. "The system haa rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, lr lost power unexpextedly." (This one might be the actual crash)

\-Error: Time: 1:43:52. Source: EventLog. "The previous system shutdown at 1:27:44 AM on 5/18/2026 was unexpected." (Probably the weirdest one because i've had my laptop on for hours without shutting down any time until crash, and also it appears in between 2 other logs that show an later time as if time went backwards and back to normal again).

Any help you can give on this problem will be appreciated, thanks in advance.
