A token Hammock class flow

I mainly specialize in aerial hoop, but I been growing more on training hammock too.
Originally when I tried it I found out I didn’t have the arm and upper body strength to lift myself up and combos felt confusing to me (classes are taught in language I neither speak nor understand with only few English instructions) but I feel like I been getting better at it, so now I cross train on hammock a couple times a month. I feel pretty happy with this flow)

Sunday practice

Partly flow given by the teacher at my studio, partly improvisation ending in a couple moves I just wanted to try out.

Park Practice Photoshoot

First time training after a while.
Life happened and I didn’t do any training at all for almost 3 weeks, but as soon as I was allowed to work out, to the nearest park I go! And tomorrow I’m back on the aerial hoop, which I missed dearly.

This routine was for my first choreographed showcase performance (it’s not the smoothest but I’m still proud, considering I only had a week to put it together) It also finally marks a full year of me doing Aerial hoop (for context I have background in rhythmic gymnastics and contortion)

In future I plan to polish this into a cleaner routine.
