Help please

I’ve been on a calorie deficit for the past 3 months, eating around 1,600–1,700 calories per day. I’m a 27-year-old male, 5’7”, with a sedentary office job. I started at 73 kg and I’m currently around 69 kg.
I’m seeing progress in terms of the weights I can lift, but I don’t feel like I’m gaining much muscle. My weight is consistently dropping, but I’m not seeing much change in the fat around my stomach. People around me are also saying that I’ve become thinner, especially around my chest and shoulders.
My goal is to lose the remaining stomach fat while also building muscle and looking more muscular overall. I’m currently eating around 1,600 calories with 120+ g of protein every day.
What would you recommend I follow from here? Should I continue with the calorie deficit, increase my calories, or change my training/nutrition approach?

Warning: BIKE RENT : Avoid Two Wheel Himalayas / Self Drive Hub (Manali) – My Experience

I want to share my experience so that other travelers can make an informed decision.

I rented a touring bike from Two Wheel Himalayas (also associated with Self Drive Hub) in Manali. I also paid extra for a pillion rider, who was introduced as the owner’s brother.

During the trip, he borrowed some money (in thousands) from me and promised to return it later. However, despite repeated requests, the money was never returned.

What disappointed me even more was the way I was treated when I asked for my money back. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was insulted, called names, and even received comments such as “don’t be seen in Manali again,” which I perceived as a threat.

The amount is not the main issue. The bigger problem is the lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability shown toward a customer.

Edit : got my money back after review on google maps and reddit
