Do You Know Whose Signature & Art Piece This Is?

It stands almost at 20" and a little over 14" across. The artist signature is right over the top of the left foot, so I can't get the black card all the way under it. The etching on the right side, and I'm assuming it's the name of the piece, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out exactly what it says. It looks like "Go ???? Living '99". I do have another piece (last photos) that is very similar to this, but the artist signature doesn't look the same to me. Is it? TYIA ❤️

I May Be Overreacting, So Hoping Someone Can Explain...

So, I am new to Ebay...just a couple months in. I just made my 40th sale. Each time I get a sale, I send a quick "Thank You" note. I just had someone buy a man's shirt, and I immediately printed out the label which had a mans name on it. It was a very long Italian name, so before clicking on "Contact Buyer" to send my thank you note, I looked at the order on the screen to make sure I spell his name correctly. But when I looked at the order on the screen, it's a completely different name and it's a woman's name. Okay...no biggie, right? I have already had a buyer purchase something for someone else, and then had it sent to them. So, I assumed this woman was doing the same...buying a shirt for her father, or boyfriend, or whomever, and just sending it to him. So, I was going to address the thank you note to her, and tell her that I hope "such & such" really likes it.

So again, I look at the screen to send my thank you note, and I noticed that there was a note across the top of the order. I've never seen that before, but it says "I'm sorry I'm so late, but I'm hoping to wear this shirt to an event on Saturday, so hoping it can be sent out sooner than later. Thank you "G". G is the first letter in the mans name! Now, I am so confused.

My first question is:

Is the "Buyer" name the person's name with the Ebay account, or name on the credit/debit card?

Second Question:

If it's the person that has an Ebay account, why would anyone have an account in someone else's name? I can't think of one reason why someone would have to have an Ebay account in someone else's name, unless they're doing something shady. But it's a shirt! What could be shady? 😂

But...I am a very skeptical person, unfortunately. I'm hoping someone can give me a simple logical answer, and put my mind at ease...and at the same time, help me to be more knowledgeable about these kind of things.

Thanks for your help!

Does anyone know the style name for these?

They're Birki's...not Birkenstock. I have looked & looked, and I can't find the style anywhere. Everyone that has them used for sale isn't specifying a style name. Google has been zero help, giving me every style name that they are not! 😂 They're Mayari without the toe loop, and closest to Sydney, but with thinner straps. I'm selling a pair for my mom that are probably vintage, and likely from HSN. This photo is not the ones I want to sell, but ones just like it. Does the Birki brand have style names? Thanks for any help!

I'm Questioning if I should allow returns. Do allow returns for everything?

Hi there! I am new to selling on Ebay. I've only been selling for about a month now. I'm not a reseller...just helping my mom sell all her things after downsizing from a very large house to a 1-bedroom condo. I've just been starting out by selling some of my clothes, just to get the feel of things. I haven't had any problems, and I've gotten all positive reviews. I have been using Google for a lot of my questions as they arise, but for this I feel I should ask real people with experience, so I'm hoping you'll help me.

Of course, I have allowed returns for everything I've listed. But now I'm about to list all my daughter's American Girl things that are still in the box, and are now vintage and worth a whole lot more than I originally paid for them. Double & triple digits more. I am very trusting, but since joining this group a month or so ago, I've read some awful things that buyers have done to some of you, and I'm now so afraid to allow returns for these things. At the same time, I don't want to lose a potential buyer. Do you allow returns for everything...even collectables & expensive vintage items? If I do allow returns, is there something I should do to protect myself in the description or somewhere else?

I appreciate your help! Thank you!
