“What skincare routine would you recommend for my skin?”

My skin used to be much better when I was younger. After becoming a mom, I completely neglected my skincare and I haven’t had a proper routine for over two years. The only thing I’ve managed to stay consistent with is wearing sunscreen. Being a mom has made me put myself last, and I’d really like to start taking care of my skin again. Based on my skin, what kind of routine would you recommend?

Meet my beautiful pug family. ❤️🐾

I wanted to introduce my pugs and share a little of their story.

Ronco and Morena were the parents of Negrita and Punchi. Sadly, Morena crossed the rainbow bridge when the puppies were only 17 days old.

Those were some of the hardest days of our lives. We did everything we could to keep the puppies alive, and thankfully they survived.

Ronco became an incredible father. He never left their side, comforted them, protected them, and helped raise them after they lost their mom. Watching him care for his babies was something I’ll never forget.

Today, they are a family full of love, and they mean the world to me. I’m so happy to share their story with all of you. ❤️🐾

Any advice on squat technique to avoid knee discomfort?

What squat techniques do you recommend if I have knee pain? I feel some discomfort in my knee when squatting. I’m not looking for medical advice; I just want to know if there are any technical pointers, posture adjustments, or modifications that have helped you perform them more comfortably.
