This photo was taken after diffusing. I have very fine, but thick hair. My issue is that my hair is still very fluffy and fine after all of this and it isn’t holding or styling well. What should I do, or use, differently?

Routine:
- Put It’s a 10 lite leave-in conditioner on sopping wet hair and scrunch with micro fiber towel
- Herbal Essence mousse and scrunch
- Jelly Soft Curl Gel and scrunch - not sure about using this going forward because it was very crunchy but I need something to hold the curls

My thumb nails always break super low down. It’s painful. What can I do to prevent this from happening

I have fine hair but it’s very thick. I get these waves under my hair especially at the top. The rest of my hair is pretty frizzy. How can I help bring out these waves?

This is all over my backyard. Grows like tall grass. I’m reading mixed things online of what it could be. The roots have these bulb like things on them
