Hey, I need help with the GAC and CPGRAMS process for recovering an Indian Instagram account of a restaurant/microbrewery. Could you please share the steps involved and the success rate?
The page was suspended for allegedly violating someone's intellectual property rights because the account posted about the live screening of IPL matches at the restaurant.
The intent was never to claim ownership of IPL or any associated rights. The posts were only meant to inform customers that IPL matches were being screened live at the venue.
If anyone has experience with similar cases or has successfully recovered an account through GAC or CPGRAMS, I would really appreciate your guidance.
