I work for a F500 med tech company. Our stock is down around 50% over the past year. The employee stock purchase program is available to buy stock at a 15% discount for 2H 2026. I’m thinking it’s a good buy low opportunity. Any downsides to these programs?

We picked up our new XLE earlier today. Drove 100+ miles home and barely used any gas. Amazing!
