Hello, was curious if anyone else in this thread has bought a Gucci Ophidia purse from Orange Soda Factory and had this o ring problem? I bought this purse for my wife and the day it came in this piece fell out so the strap came detached. It has continued to fall out since. Any idea on what we should do?

Does this look auth? To me the leather seems too dark compared to GG website
