is there any way to easily access which parts of breakdown need to be hand washed and not in the hobart or do we have to look at each individual piece

edit: yes breakdown is referring to the closing task of taking everything apart/off counter and cleaning it all to put it back together

does anyone have any advice for getting a lot done during clean play? if all the partners are cleaning we only end up getting like 1/4 of the list done… it’s normally 3 partners for two hours after close

please give me your tips and tricks asap
