No tolerable foods

I'm at my wits end. I lost my sense of smell in February and the kaya few months its started coming back but everything smells horrific. I already had so many food aversions before (not something I can push past sadly otherwise I would just suck it up, if I eat it I will throw up). I was already so extremely limited the last few months and now I'm sick again and genuinely everything makes me nauseous and I cant eat anything because even plain rice makes me nauseous and want to throw up. I know being sick again and it being worse again is probably temporary but I can't just not eat food r several days? It's already been 2 days since I've been able to down anything but cold chicken broth. Even a glass of water is nauseating. Idk what I'm really looking to get out of posting this but I don't know how to move forward from here every second that my nose isn't plugged feels like torture :(

Declining health making ownership hard

Edit to add: I kindly appreciate everyone's suggestions on how to get through this and keep them. I did not fully disclose the details if my health in this post but I want to be clear, the health issues I face are not something I'm simply going to get through. The damage done by one illness has left me partially disable for life, and nearly left me fully disabled if my treatment didn't work my spinal cord would start to degrade and I would have almost 100% had a heart attack. On top of this I am facing a cancer diagnosis. This isn't the run if the mill illness in going to get over. If I ever make a full recovery I'm looking at a decade and it's a really big if. I don't say any of this lightly at all, I just want to be clear because without this picture of my health I think people are going to get the wrong idea of why I'm discussing this. When I say I'm too ill to care for them properly, I truly without any over exaggeration mean I am too ill.

Has anyone ever had to surrender an animal due to declining health? I strongly believe that animals are for life, they are my family My health has gotten to a point I can barely take care of myself anymore and I don't have anyone to help me. I can't even muster the energy to go to the grocery store or make myself food after I come home from work. I'm barely functioning. What I'm suffering from, while I'm being treated, the recovery is measured in years, not weeks or months. I keep hoping I'll start to recover faster but obviously that's not happening. On top of that this health issue has created another one that's made this even harder :( I know my cats aren't getting what they need from me and I probably won't be able to properly give it to them for a long time, I won't be able to even properly take care of myself for a long time. They aren't being abused, they have all th food and fresh water they could need This isn't something I ever thought would happen to me and if I had known I would get this sick one day I wouldn't have adopted them. I don't know how to navigate this. Would taking them to a shelter be the kinder option? Would having them in my home but not able to receive any of the attention and okay they need be kinder because at least they'd maybe feel safer? It's so hard to see or feel clearly because I love them so much, we've been all together for so long together and the thought of them not being around makes me feel sick to my stomach. I talked to a close relative who's fully aware of my health and they think letting them go is kinder. If this is what's necessary it would be to a reputable shelter in my area (there aren't any kill shelters here just to add) Any advice would be appreciated, I just cannot think straight here.

If this post is against the rules please let me know, I had a look and didn't see anything but I'm struggling badly from neurological issues and brain damage right now so please be patient with me

Raquel welch wigs running small?

I originally ordered one RW wig average size and it was definitely way too small, returned it and ordered another specifically in the large size after measuring my head to confirm it would be appropriately sized. It still feels a little bit too small. It just barely doesn't cover my hairline at the nape of my neck. Do these wigs run seriously small or do I just have a giant head? 😅 Link to the specific wig im referencing below.

If you have run into this issue with his brand, which brand did you try that worked for you? I've been having some serious health issues and lost a lot of hair really rapidly so I was hoping I'd be able to cover it a month ago when my original wig arrived so I'm feeling discouraged and so desperate to cover my thin hair because I'm only 29 :(

Wondering if I have mcas

What was the symptom that wound up getting you diagnosed? I'm only able to see my doctor rarely and because of my health issues I try to gather information to bring to her to discuss. I've been dealing with serious issues being able to go number 2 ( lsorry this one is icky) for 2 months. No medications helped outside of a small amount of relief that at least kept a blockage from forming. I had a hunch, last night I took an allegra and a pepcid, followed by another pepcid this morning. All of a sudden everything is normal again and I can go with ease and pass gas again! Of course so many things have overapping symptoms that I have sooo many that match. My doctor is very open to me bringing info to discuss and ask questions so this isn't something she's against. I've considered gastritis as well because I can't absorb B12 through digestion and I must be on injections for life. Hard when I can see my dr so rarely 😅 Any advice or things to look out for would be appreciated, feeling kind of lost here
