Is the power steering fluid for mk5 the same as those labeled as automatic transmission fluid? it has the Ford WSA-M2C195-A specification.

Hello, I do the oil changes myself the same way every time, but after a while the oil starts seeping around the filter. This is the second time this has happened to me. I hand tight the filter as much as I can. Can anyone advise what could be causing this?

It's a Fiesta 1.4 2008.
