Feedback on colour work tension/floats?

Working on my first colourwork sweater - sheepish little one - for my sheep obsessed boy! First time doing colour work so I’d love some pointers on how I can do better.

I did this using magic loop!

Not super happy with how the single white specks look.

Bonus question - the greens and black are acrylic while the white tweedy bits are 100% wool. Do I steam or wet block?

Thank you!!

Can I fix laddering without frogging? (Magic loop)

I always do my small circumference on magic loop and don’t have an issue with laddering now that I’ve figured out my tension. Trouble is I am using lion brand Ferris wheel which is a very loosely plied acrylic yarn so if I tensioned it to avoid the laddering it would snap. It is also a NIGHTMARE to frog so I simple don’t want to 🤣 andddd because it’s a acrylic I can’t really wet block it and hope for the best like I do with socks. what can I do?

Pic 1 is it slightly pulled apart, pic 2 is it laying flat on my lap

It’s for my friend who is allergic to wool. I never use acrylic so it’s definitely been a learning curve!

Can I fix laddering from ML once the project is finished?

I do all my small circumference on magic loop! I usually don’t have an issue but I am using lion brand Ferris wheel for this project and it snaps if you tension it to much 🤦🏼‍♀️ I also don’t want to frog back and start again because frogging it is a nightmare.

1st pic is it slightly stretched, 2nd is it relaxed on my lap.

Is there a way I can fix it without frogging? I can’t even really block it because it’s acrylic 😮‍💨
