Board certified ENT or BOARD CERTIFIED Plastic surgeon?

Good day, everyone.

I'd like to ask for your opinions regarding a possible revision rhinoplasty.

My main concern is that my nose bridge looks off-center. I'm not sure if it's because of a deviated septum or the structure of my nose itself. Because of this, I might need a septoplasty and/or osteotomy.

For this kind of case, who do you think would be the better choice?

• (Board-Certified ENT)

OR

• (Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon)

I keep passing final interview after being reprofiled.

I've noticed something in a lot of BPO hiring processes and I'm curious if recruiters or former HR staff can explain it.

It seems like when an applicant fails the first final interview, they're often reprofiled to another account or campaign. Then, after getting reprofiled, they suddenly pass the next final interview and get hired.

Is there a reason for this?

Are some accounts simply much stricter than others, or is it because recruiters already know the applicant is generally qualified and just need to find a better account fit?

Sometimes it almost feels like applicants are being rejected on purpose just to be reprofiled elsewhere, but I'm not sure if that's actually how it works.

Would love to hear from recruiters, trainers, team leads, or anyone who's worked in BPO hiring.

Is TaskUs Ortigas working-student friendly?

Hi everyone,

I'll be starting at TaskUs Ortigas this June 19, and I'll also be returning to school this August.

I'd like to ask if TaskUs is working-student friendly. Are there any working students here who can share their experience?

Also, how do I inform my TL or management that I'm a student? Should I tell them as early as possible, or wait until classes start?

I'm a bit worried that if I tell them I'm a student, they might see it as a problem or even remove me from the account. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Any WFH Non-Voice BPO Jobs for Students with No Experience?

I'm a student (Pasukan sa August) and I'm looking for a work-from-home non-voice BPO job. The problem is that I don't have any previous BPO or customer service experience yet.

I'm willing to undergo training and learn whatever skills are needed. I'm mainly looking for roles such as:

Chat support

Email support

Content moderation

A lot of the openings I see require experience, so I was wondering if anyone knows companies that are newbie-friendly (WFH) and accept applicants with no experience.

Didn’t enroll during 1st year 2nd sem. Will I still become a 2nd year irregular student or back to 1st year?

Hi everyone, badly need advice 😭

I didn’t enroll during my 1st year 2nd semester due to personal reasons, but I’m planning to go back to school next academic year.

My question is:

Will I still be considered a 2nd year student but irregular, or magiging 1st year ulit ako officially?

I already finished my 1st sem subjects during 1st year. Ang concern ko kasi is baka ma-delay nang sobra yung graduation ko.

If magiging irregular/2nd year student man ako, how do students usually catch up?

Can someone review my nose thru PM? I need honest opinions please. 😭

I’m considering getting a revision rhinoplasty, but before making any decision, I wanna know if it’s actually needed or if I’m just overthinking it.

Just comment and I’ll send my face/nose privately. Please be honest but kind. Thank you!

Company that offers high salary package?

I posted earlier about the package they offered me, which is ₱20.5k, and some people said it’s too low for a TELCO account — that I should be getting around a ₱25k package instead.

(I don’t have any BPO experience yet, and I’m only 19 years old.)

So can y’all recommend companies that offer a higher salary package for TELCO accounts and are actually worth applying to?

DO I NEED REVISION?(BE HONEST)

Hey everyone, I already posted these pic before but I wanted to ask for more opinions again, thank you for understanding. I’m currently 10 months post-op and I’ve been feeling really insecure about my nose lately. I genuinely can’t tell if there’s actually something wrong with it or if I’m just overanalyzing my appearance. I think I might have some form of face/body dysmorphia because the way I see my nose seems different from how other people see it, so I honestly can’t trust my own judgment anymore. That’s why I’m asking for outside opinions. Please be completely honest — no sugarcoating, but also no unnecessary cruelty. Is there something wrong and can u please point it out if there is?

Thank you;)

Hey everyone, I’m about 10 months post-op now. I know swelling can still be a factor at this stage, but I’ve started thinking about the possibility of a revision. Idk if it’s just me, but I keep noticing flaws that make me want to go for a revision immediately. It’s gotten to the point where I use the inverted filter a lot, and that’s when I really start seeing the “off” or ugly parts of my rhinoplasty nose. It would really help if you guys could point out what I might be overthinking vs. what could actually be an issue worth bringing up.

Thank you.
