4 month sleep regression

Hi everybody! Very sleep deprived mom, just looking for your stories with a good ending…
So we are cosleeping with my 4.5 month old daughter now, before 3 month she was happily sleeping in bassinet. Up until 4 months it was a dream come true, she will sleep 4-6 hours stretches, feed in between, fall asleep and wake up a happy and smiling baby. But 4 month came and unleashed the horrors… on a good night she will wake up every 2 hours, on a bad night it would be every hour or less. First weeks I could settle her with some cuddles, and we both fall asleep, but now she will start kicking and crying and in the end, I will just give her boob, which helps often. But eating every hour just to settle, don’t know if I’m creating a problem and bad habits…
Naps also changed drastically, before she will nap by herself at least 40 min, now will wake up as soon as transfers to sidecar/bed… so doing contact naps or carrier naps last few days…
Now we’ll also be traveling from Australia to Europe, and I’m dreading what new sleep problems will come 😅
When did sleep regression went away for you? Is the a light in the end of the tunnel?

Childcare recommendation

We recently moved to Christies Beach and starting to look for daycare for our baby(1+year old) . Had toured Noarlunga community centre and Eden, which both were lovely to be honest. It still gives me so much anxiety to give her to childcare when she is so little, but I would have to go back to work :(
Question, do you have childcare centres you recommend in the area and which to avoid?
🙏 thank you!

Hi everybody:)
Firstly I wanted to say thank you to the community! From my first days as mum googling safe cosleeping in the middle of the night, this reddit community gave me so many answers/suggestions and encouragement:)
I wanted to ask if anyone had similar situation…
So now my LO is 3 month, we cosleep , but also have a cosleeping bassinet next to me . First stretch of sleep she often does in bassinet, so I go to bed a bit later and can stretch my legs and have a little rest, and once she wakes up we sleep in C curl rest of the night. But we have queen bed, and as soon she will show signed of rolling I won’t be confident with the setup we have.
Have anyone tried to do sidecar crib for ikea Malm bed? There is an annoying wooden lip around the mattress, and not sure what we can do with it. I kind of feel our options are only to try with sidecar or complete disassemble the bed frame and have mattress on the floor (my husband would not be happy with this option, but can’t risk her rolling of the bed). Any recommendations would be very appreciated!
Thank you:)
