Installer since 2005 looking to onboard 3–5 dealers

I work with a solar installer that's been in business since 2005. We're looking to bring on 3–5 new dealers across OH, MI, IL, PA, VA, FL, TX, and CA.

Enphase on every job, Aurora for design, and we still pay an M1.
We also have TPO options in those states.

The part that actually matters: we don't just hand you a login and hope you crush it. You get real help running your business and access to the same resources and tools we use to win.

And if you've thought about starting your own dealer, we've got a program built to guide you through it. Even if your current installer is working great. I'd love to connect with more dealers to see where we can add value to what you're already doing.

Comment or DM me and let's talk.

How reliable are the analytics on the lovable page? I have different numbers on my Google versus how many visits I'm getting from lovable. Not sure what to believe.

I am genuinely curious how many people have true clarity on their business. I just met a guy that does about $2M in revenue every year. But when I asked him what his margin was, he didn't really understand. He knows that sometimes he makes not as much on one job compared to others, and there are some jobs where he doesn't make anything. He's just been in his trade for 30 years and is just kind of lost in how to actually grow without having to work 20-hour days. So I was curious what other people have experienced. I feel like a lot of people just shoot from the hip and hope they survive the next month. Is this common?
