Hello

I plan to get the new XShot pro skins blasters but wanted more magazines. Is there a way to just buy magazine packs in europe?

Thanks for any help :)

Hello.

So the last four weeks most of my displates came damaged (one was bent, the other had a scratch and now the latest order was also bent)

For the first plate customer support was helpfull and gave me a refund to buy a new one. The second had a scratch on the back where no one could see but i got a coupon so i am fine with that.

But with my last order with two bent displates i send Pictures with the damage, customer support wanted a video and i provided it with the damage… and they still refuse saying they want another video and another one… the problem is the bending is only in a certain angel visible and i told that support but they still wont help.

Anyone else has this problems. I loved the support for being helpfull but this? This is terrible

So… i made the test and bought grok credits to see what image/Video Generation cost.

For a image (depending on the complexity) you have to pay about 0.06$ -0.10$ in credits. (Varys depending on the pic)

For a video on max stats (720p and 15 seconds) you pay about 1$ in credits

If the moderation blocks the creation you wont be charged in credits. You only will be charged for results.

That are my Observations. Any additions are welcome

(Edit: for people who are in Europe and pay in euro: 10$ in credits are about 8.80 in euro. So i guess the images are for us even cheaper)

The headline is the question. Would be very happy if someone has it in a good quality
